At Junk Away we believe in giving one set price which includes delivery, pick-up and the disposal fee. There are no hidden charges!
We do not accept any hazardous materials, flammables, explosives, liquids, gas, oil, paints, propane tanks, tree stumps, railroad ties or asbestos.
Due to the high demand we currently only offer up to 7-day rentals. Contact us for longer jobsite needs and we may be able to help you out.
We ask that you do not fill the dumpster over the top of the dumpster because it may interfere with the tarping system or cause items to fly off during travel. Try to load the dumpster flat and distribute the weight as evenly as you can.
Each municipality has different regulations and permit requirements concerning dumpsters placed on private property, streets or any other public right of way. Contact your local municipality and they will provide you with the regulations and costs to purchase any necessary permits. We are not responsible for obtaining any permits.
No customers are not allowed to use or move our dumpsters. If you need something picked up or delivered, contact us for a price.
Our dumpsters are on rubber wheels and will not damage your driveway or lawn in dry conditions. Keep in mind that in wet conditions or during a winter thaw conditions may be too soft for placement on lawns even for our dumpsters. We are not financially liable for the damages caused by normal dumpster operation.
In most cases you can get a dumpster as soon as the next day, but we prefer as much notice as you can give us. Please contact us for our availability.
Payment is required before or at the time of delivery. We accept cash, credit cards, Cash App and Venmo.
No, you do not have to be there when the dumpster is delivered if you give us a clear detailed description of where to place it. Pictures are not necessary but would help! You must still pay before or at the time of delivery.
